I think I had found a dupe for my all time favourite L'oreal Gel Eyeliner.
This product meet all my criteria for a gel eyeliner.
The colour is intense, remains creamy after months, waterproof and smudge proof (for normal eye lid) and it is cheaper than the L'oreal gel eyeliner (I bought this during a sales. I forgot how much this item original cost, I believe it is under SG10)
Besides the above, another reason why I am leading toward Tony Moly is because I felt that L'oreal is not continuously manufacturing the product. I did visit to a few local drug store, and the latest manufactured date I found was back in Year2016 which may affect its performance and shelf-life, if I buy it now (3years later)
My one complain about this product is its packaging.
Yes, it is good that the eyeliner comes with a bush and it is kept in the cover.
Because of that, the packaging become too long for ease of storage.
From the picture, with the brush inserted, the packing itself is about 10cm
